OUR METHOD

The X-Club method develops extraordinary movement memory, technique and precision. We combine refined Pilates methodology with effective fitness techniques using expertly crafted reformers and bespoke equipment. During this mind-body training you will become a more conscious, highly functioning and agile being. We believe that agility is the key to human potential, both physically and mentally, and our mission is to help everyone fulfil this potential.  

 

 

 

 

 The X-club Method

  • FLOW

    Flow is our technical foundation class. A great way to create movement, improve balance and stability, it’s ideally suited to newbies and regulars alike. With a focus on building core strength, this class will improve and empower pre and post-natal members as well as those requiring rehabilitation.

  • Signature

    Our signature X-Club method is a dynamic Reformer Pilates class with a focus on core, strength, muscle engagement, flexibility and breathing. An experience like no other, it’s ideally suited to members who want to improve their athletic performance, posture and balance.

  • SEQUENCE

    Sequence offers a range of benefits through combined Pilates methodology and effective fitness techniques. Using fluid, atmospheric, and rhythmic Reformer Pilates, Sequence builds strength and adds a layer of mind engagement through sequenced movements to fulfil any goal.

  • Mat Pilates

    MAT PILATES & LIVESTREAM CLASSES

    Our Mat based Pilates focusses on core and bodyweight training, providing exceptional development in strength, balance and posture. It’s suitable for experienced and advanced members looking to challenge their strength and coordination.   • Teenage Pilates Class

    TEEN CLASSES

    Pilates is the perfect regime for a developing body, improving posture, hormones, flexibility, confidence and the ability to fulfil academic potential. Our Teen class is designed to develop all aspects of wellbeing in teens through a series of fun and dynamic exercises. Book early as spaces are limited.

    1:1 AND 2:1 REFORMER SESSIONS

    For members seeking additional support or specialist training, our 1:1 and 2:1 coaching provides bespoke Reformer training, tailored to your specific needs. Take a personal class, bespoke to your goals in our private corner of the studio with your favourite instructor.
